Weight lose challenge update!
My results are solely based on my dietary intake. I am so excited about the results. I feel clean, sleep well and full of energy.
I am concerning myself with the scale, however I feel a difference in my clothing and shoes. I did not realize that I would need to potentially invest in a new wardrobe quite so soon!
Motivation, Constancy, & Determination are essential for goals to be reached! Let's do it!
